Following its 2024 rebrand, The King’s Trust continued its partnership with Brand iQ to centralise asset management, streamline fulfilment, and ensure consistent brand delivery nationwide — freeing up more time and resources to support young people.

Founded in 1976, The King’s Trust (formerly the Princes’ Trust) is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting young people facing disadvantage and adversity. Over the past 50 years, the organisation has helped more than 1.3 million individuals, with three in four progressing into employment, education, or training.

Challenge

Previously, The Kings Trust used multiple platforms and suppliers to manage the fulfilment, distribution, and storage of merchandise, marketing materials, and event resources. This fragmented approach made it difficult to maintain brand consistency, manage approvals and efficiently distribute materials.

In October 2024, the organisation began a major rebrand, removing all “Prince’s Trust” branding and introducing new logos, fonts and visual identity. This required the replacement and rebranding of both new and existing assets within 12 months, creating significant operational challenges.

Solution

To address these issues, The Kings Trust partnered with Brand iQ to centralise all physical and digital assets on a single platform.

The platform provides bespoke templates, integrated print and fulfilment services, centralised approval workflows, dedicated account management and secure asset control. This system enables users to easily access, personalise and order materials, while ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations.

Impact

By centralising asset management through Brand iQ, The King’s Trust has:

  • Improved brand consistency nationwide

  • Reduced administrative workload

  • Increased speed of ordering and fulfilment

  • Lowered production and storage costs

  • Enhanced support for local teams and volunteers

As a result, Kings trust can focus more on resources for its core mission.
