Shopify fulfilment for VetzPetz in the UK

Storage, Distribution and support for VetzPetz D2C operations
Rapidly expanding pet health brand VetzPetz had an existing fulfilment operation in the UK providing product direct to consumer, to their wholesalers in into veterinary practices nationwide. In a recent project Brand iQ have migrated the entire operation to streamline the process and provide a complete end-to-end fulfilment solution.
All orders are processed via their D2C website utilising Shopify and a 2-way integration with Brand iQ ensuring immediacy of fulfilment and despatch direct to the consumer within 24 hours. Larger wholesale and veterinary practice orders are also processed with the Brand iQ ordering platform ensuring all stock management is centralised and there is a single source of reporting.
As part of the operation we also provide a additional services including printing of the product packaging, kitting of the product for just-in-time stock control and telephone and email support for all VetzPetz customers.
As VetzPetz continue to expand they will be launching direct to consumer across the whole of Europe starting in August 2022. We will be also providing the same solution throughout Europe from our dedicated fulfilment premises in Denmark.
