Supporting our clients through COVID-19

At Brand iQ we are committed to keeping our employees safe, but also maintaining continuity of our service to clients. We understand that many of our clients have now migrated to remote working policies to ensure the safety of their staff. This transition can be a challenge for any business and we want to support our clients in this. 
We recognise that SaaS solutions and other software products will be key in helping organisations to work remotely. We plan to provide additional support to our clients in this challenging time:
 Until the end of April we will be offering:
  • *  Free onboarding support for any new users and teams who have not used Brand iQ before via webinars and remote sessions
  • *  Free support for adding digital assets to Brand iQ 
  • *  Additional licenses at no extra cost temporarily to extend the Brand iQ platform to new users who may now be working remotely. (excludes admin licenses)
